Resound Azure

ReSound Azure provides natural hearing with an instrument that combines the latest digital sound technology with sleek, elegant and contemporary design. With ReSound Azure’s new directional technology, you can focus fully on the conversation that is happening in front of you without missing any of the sound going on around you, which is exactly like the way you naturally hear.

For those of us who do not like to compromise cosmetics and comfort for sound, ReSound Azure provides the whole package.

Who is ReSound Azure for?

This instrument is suitable for mild to profound hearing loss

What technology does ReSound Azure offer?

Whistle Free Hearing

ReSound products feature Dual Stabilizer DFS II, which is one of the most advanced feedback systems available.  Experience whistle free hearing, even on the telephone, without compromising speech understanding

Hearing in background noise

Background noise is a common complaint of hearing aid users.  ReSound Azure features Noise Tracker II, an advanced background noise suppression system that delivers efficient reduction of background noise while preserving speech as to not compromise intelligibility. ReSound Azure features four levels of noise reduction.

Clear Sound

ReSound Azure uses 17 band WARP sound processing.  WARP is patented by ReSound and provides the cleanest, clearest sound possible.  An independent study showed that 7 out of 10 hearing aid users preferred WARP sound quality over any other manufacturer’s sound processor.

Localization,  Full Awareness Of Sound

ReSound Azure is the first instrument available that unlocks the true potential of the auditory system using Natural Directionality.  Azure gives the control back to the wearer by providing great hearing in noise without compromising full environmental cues so that you can pick what you want to listen to instead of the hearing aid choosing for you.

Automatic Features

ReSound Azure features the Environmental Optimizer, a seven program in one feature that allows instrument to automatically make adjustments to volume depending on listening environments. The Environmental Optimizer eliminates the need for multiple programs or a volume control as instrument is fully automatic. No more constantly fiddling with your hearing aid controls. The volume control and program button is still available for those patients that prefer the flexibility.
